Great location, poor stay for a family
We traveled with our dog and 9 month old infant. We put in the reservation a request for a crib which was not in the room when we arrived. We then had to ask four or five times to get a crib in the room and it was still not the right type of crib (we asked for a pack and play, and even then we had to ask two or three times for that to come to the room). Our room also was never cleaned the entire time that we were there; no one informed us that the room couldn’t be cleaned with our dog inside (the cleaning staff, who were very nice, informed us of this unfortunately on our last night there) and so we had to empty our trash with poopy diapers, every single time. Lastly, our dog got a hold of what appears to have been some kind of chicken bone that he found underneath the couch in the room. The staff at the hotel were kind enough to provide a discount for the stay, but ultimately we were very disappointed with the stay at the hotel. Otherwise, the location was great.
