La gente de la recepción es sumamente grosera, muy amargados y poco sentido de servicio al cliente, solo hay una señorita la que está en la noche que no fue grosera. Los otros dos dejan mucho que desear. La cama muuuy dura, no descansas en la noche. Ah y nunca avisaron que se tiene que dejar la llave para la limpieza. Es muy incómodo regresar a descansar y que el cuarto no haya sido aseado. La persona de mantenimiento muy amable.

El colchon esta muy muy muy duro, pero el cuarto y Baño estan excelentes. Otro punto malo es que olia mucho a cigarro y mota y se escuchaba todo de los otros cuartos. Pero en si las instalaciones son muy buenas y el personal siempre fue amable conmigo!
