Front desk staff who ignores residents calls
Front desk on 1/4/2024 9pm-1am would not answer the phone. Heat needed to be reset by HVAC but 3 workers were down at front desk just not answering the phone. After midnight with a cold room and trying to be patient and just increasing the heat after no answer I went downstairs to find 3 workers just sitting.

Room was clean but that’s about it. The valet service was horrible. Had to pay $50 per night for parking and when we had to leave it was always a long wait time to get our car. We missed two reservations because of this of valet wait time. We waited 40 minutes for valet on Wednesday 1/1/2025. And the people at the valet window was rude to not only to me but also to the couple that was in front of us. Some of the elevators didn’t work so it was horrible experience going to and from our room.

Started well. Ended badly.
My stay started great. I wasn’t thrilled about the surprise $25 a day resort fee. But I was OK with it. But on the second morning, it sounded like they were doing construction in my room. I was on the 12th and top floor, and there was drilling and hammering literally right above my ceiling for hours. I was still sleeping. It was unbearable. So they moved me into a second room. But I immediately saw a cockroach run out from behind a pool of water inside the in-room fridge, which had its back panel off and water pooling inside. So then had to move me into yet a third room. Also, when you call the guest service line, they only answer maybe one out of three times. The other times it just rings and rings and rings. I did appreciate that they comped one of my three nights, but I would’ve preferred to be able to get sleep and not see a cockroach and pay full price.

The stay was nice . I don’t like that fact you have to pay for valet just for them to take their time to get your car & have you waiting for over 30 mins, after checking out . Then the checkout person was on her phone for over 5-10 mins before she officially checked us out .
