Several issues
We had several problems with our room. We had a bathtub and the caulking around the tub had black mold growing in it. The heater/ac unit sounded like a jet engine when starting and stopping. Imagine trying to sleep with that. Lastly the bathtub dripped just loud enough that you could hear it when the loud heater wasn't running. It was to late in the evening to complain to front desk and we left early morning. Beds were comfortable and the front desk did a nice job. I was looking for a good night sleep but I did not get it here.

Pros, and a few cons for a so-so hotel
The pros, convenient area for this trip, decent room, decent price, generally decent condition, and average breakfast. Nothing spectacular, but average, The cons, during a chilly night in Orlando, temps in low 50's, the AC/heater did not work on the heat setting at all. The room was cool when we checked in at 3:00pm, turned the heat on to 74, and it was still cool when we returned from dinner. Turned the heat up to 80, went out to our event, and the room was still cool when we returned at midnight. Even with all available blankets, it was still a chilly night for sleeping, and it was even chillier after taking a shower in the morning. Not terrible, but not comfortable either. Also when we returned at midnight, there was absolutely no parking available in the hotel lot. We had to park across the street and walk a few minutes back to the hotel. Again, not terrible, but not comfortable.

Excellent stay
Just a one night stay, but very quiet and very close to the UCF. Excellent service and attention. Check in very fast and the ckeck out as well. Good breakfast.

We were disappointed because we were not bale to do an early check in. They made no effort in making that possible for us. Also, the beds really need to be queen size. There is enough room for them in the rooms. Those double beds are tiny for two people.

The hotel is quite nice for the price. The major drawback was that the rear elevator was the only one that worked. Pulling luggage to the back of the building at checkin was a serious inconvenience. As a mobility-impaired person, the availability of only one, slow elevator made me anxious. Also since we parked near the rear elevator, we were forced to enter and leave via steps because there was no ramp to the parking lot.
