It was a good stay. The property is a little dated in comparison to other Indigo hotels I have stayed at before. The staff was friendly, the location convenient, and the rooms were more than adequate. I expected a bit more from Indigo. We would stay again.

Basic hotel showing some wear. Some dirt or mold in bathroom. Main issue was toilet stopped flushing and housekeeping started vacuuming right outside my room at 9am waking me up before check in. From desk staff were nice. Beds comfy.

Our second stay at this Lakeshore /Vernon H. Indigo was just as perfect as our first! Pleasant, friendly staff! Beautiful room with a decent amount of space really helps you relax. Comfortable mattresses & variety of pillows. Definitely not your cookie cutter hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Making Memories
It's a lovely place. It's not ultra new but comfortable. There was a stale smell to the room but overall nice. The beds were really comfortable!!! The staff were really helpful and accommodating. That's one the top reason I would stay at this hotel again.
