Nice location and ok hotel
Pleased with the choice of hotel being the peak season as easily walkable to the centre. They had a problem it seems with the previous guests so the carpet was wet and being disinfected. Not their fault. But not so pleasant for us. The bathroom and hotel are a bit tired. Could do with a freshen up.

Standard room was more basic, on the 6th floor by restaurant, very loud hallway music, which was loud even in the room, only one power point in the room, would not book this room again, shame as other rooms and stays have been good.

The rooms are not sound proof at all, we could hear conversations next door so clearly. Not great for a relaxing stay or sleep

Construction on site where I paid $25 a day for parking and didn't feel comfortable parking my Porsche there.
My toilet was used in my room while we were out and the smell when we returned was unbearable. I do understand that people need to go when they need to go but not in a room that has guests in. Not acceptable

Beautiful views from the my room and the dining room, I’d say the best views from a hotel in Queenstown. I’m thinking of coming back for a summer holiday.
