Slow service, unreliable shuttles
Called about ten times for the airport shuttle with no answer. When it finally came and dropped us off at the hotel there was a 45 minute wait to check in. One person at the desk and about 25 people waiting, as each person seemed to have an issue or problem with the check-in (full shuttles the next morning, mostly). The desk staff apologized in a perfunctory was as if it’s totally normal. The next morning I found that I only had lukewarm water in the shower. Would not recommend this place if you’re flying in or out of YVR, it’s not worth it.

Airport hotel... nothing special. Don't expect it to be. What I do expect is to be able to use the transport to the airport - it's the entire reason I booked here. Airport shuttle was full in the morning with no alternative offerred.

Very stinky room
The bed was surprisingly comfy. Pictures are a bit deceiving… right when you walk into the room it smelt horrendous. A very stale/musky scent. Almost smelt like something was rotting. The washroom was the WORST smell. Had to open the window to get some airflow which didn’t help. The staff was really friendly, except we tried calling down multiple times with no answer so we had to actually call off our cell phone. Overall it was below average just because of smell of the room. Wouldn’t stay again because of that.

Not for the disabled
As a person with a visible disability in mobility, and specified a room with a walk in shower the receptionist tried very hard to persuade me to change rooms where I would not be able to bath. The room only had one stylish chair which was not practical for a person with mobility issues the bath had no handrails for either the toilet or shower I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues The establishment was very clean and had polite employees.

Shuttle stops at midnight beware if flight delayed
Shuttle service, one of the reasons we booked this hotel stops running at midnight even though flights delayed due to fog!! So we had to pay $20 for uber to hotel at 1205am. Called hotel to check for shuttle and stated it stoped at 1145pm. Customer service not a priority!!!

Amazing treatment
We only stayed for one night at this hotel. It was supposed to be to catch some sleep after getting off the plane and before travelling home. Our flight was extremely delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until 5am. The staff at the reception was amazing, friendly, patient, understanding, and very accommodating. They worked their magic and allowed us a late check-out although the delay had nothing to do with them. This was so needed and a lot more than Air Canada did for us. Thank you for the nice reception. We will make this hotel our go to for all future flight travels. Totally recommend.
