Bad hotel for transfer at DFW
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked it for the night of Jan 9th for transfer at DFW airport. Because of the big snow on Jan 9th, my international flight was forced to land at Phoenix instead of Dallas. I contacted Hotel.com right away and the agent was very nice, she tried to help me to get a full refund but was refused by the hotel. I then called the hotel and was told that I can get partial refund if I provide the proofs of my flight status. I did so following the instruction but then still got the email from the hotel saying I have paid in full and they will not give my money back. I would not expect a good hotel would take advantage of guests’ stress. This hotel should be removed from the list of hotel.com!!!

An overnight stay…but that’s it.
We stayed her for a prolonged layover on our way home. They offer airport shuttle…but don’t count on it. When we arrived at 12:30am the shuttle wasn’t running, and when I tried to reserve a spot the next morning, I could either leave 1.5 hours early or 40min late to the airport. All the appropriate times weren’t available. So we took an Uber. The hotel is old, scuzzy, and worn. I slept ok for the 6 hours we were there. That was it. I won’t be back.

Great accommodations and services!
The accommodations were so perfect for a family of 5 where having a room w a fold out couch is essential. The price was very reasonable AND they offered a shuttle directly to the airport with the option to leave our car at the hotel instead of having to park at the airport. The price was way less! We were very happy with the whole experience!

I stayed here dec 15th as i was flying to dublin i also paid for my car to be parked here and then re booked it for my flight back from dublin on the 29th of december the 15th was great but the 29th was horrible called for shuttle waited one hr called back no answer so paid another hotel to drop me off as i was exhausted from my travel had bottom floor last time so this time 3rd floor room 340 walked in floor was stcky no toilet rolls had brough refrigerated items fridge not working but i said whatever i am so tired just wanted to take shower no floir mat to stand on and one towel so i have taken pictures just not happy

Excellent for stay near the airport
Late overnight stay to catch an early flight out of DFW. Convenient airport pick up at 11.20 pm with a cordial shuttle driver . Alexis at front desk was warm and welcoming to all and answered questions to all in line .

Shuttle service beware
We picked this hotel for its convenience to DFW and they offered a free shuttle ride to your terminal. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport not so much felt lucky to make it there with the way the driver was driving. We left our car at the hotel and paid for parking while we were away with a number to call when we arrived back so the shuttle can pick us up and return us to our car. Called the number given and the person answered asked for our shuttle the person says to hold they just hang up. Called back two more times to just be hung up on again. Ended up taking an uber to get back.
