Great place but noisy which is a biggie
Great location. Rooms are nice and modern. Stylish. But, there are negatives. The shower leaked water all over the floor and the knob to start it was placed such that the shower would spray you because you had to get in front of it to turn it on. The desk had no outlet for power. The tv did not work. The safe had no instructions and the staff gave me the wrong instruction in person so I ended up having to look on the Internet for instruction. They gave me a room that the maid was still in at first and she wouldn’t even answer the door to tell me when she was going to be done so I gave up waiting. But WORST is the noise. I had a room with a door directly off the lobby and they play loud music all day that echoes in the atrium and into your room. It’s pleasant music but loud. And there is all kinds of activity early in the morning that wakes you. Finally, they put this rubber mattress cover on the mattress that is hot and noisy. I took it off the bed in the middle of the first night. I’d stay here again but definitely not in a room off the atrium. Everyone was pleasant.

an old but completely renovated And charming hotel in the old section of Puebla . The location was fantastic only a block from the Zocalo. The restaurant food was decent. The downside was that the king beds are in rooms that are only slightly larger than the bed itself and have no windows.

La habitación era bastante cómoda, aunque solo tenía ventana al interior. Contaba con aire acondicionado, lo que la mantenía fresca. La iluminación no era la mejor, pero no representó un gran problema. La distribución era buena, aunque la televisión era pequeña. Tenía un escritorio y el internet era decente, incluso para videoconferencias. El baño era amplio, con extractor y buen suministro de agua caliente. Llegamos tarde y el servicio fue excelente; quizás ayudó que ya habíamos pagado la habitación por adelantado. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo 2 minutos de la catedral y cerca de comercios, restaurantes, bares y museos. Además, la mucama amablemente lavó unos refractarios de plástico que dejamos sucios, lo cual aprecio mucho. Definitivamente, lo recomiendo.

Everything that represents this hotel is extraordinary, of course I would use it again in the future, what I do not recommend is that you use the laundry service that they offer, we have our clothes washed which we weigh before delivering them. They charge you per kilo for washing, it was approximately 6 kilos, they charged us for 10 kilos, the clothes were stained and left with a horrible smell which never went away and forced us to throw them away, otherwise I highly recommend the hotel.
