Tierra Viva was by far the best hotel of our trip. The staff were friendly, kind, and very flexible when our flight got cancelled. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and it is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shops. Loved staying here!

Perfect stay in Lima.
I travel quite a lot, and usually try to stay in different hotels when I go to a city, but this one is my official go to for Lima. The staff went above and beyond to make this a great experience-changed our room when we requested one away from the elevator, helped us print and handoff important documents to a currier, chatted with us a breakfast. We had a simple king that was indeed simple, but really clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet, which was amazing after a full day in the city. Neighborhood is safe and walkable. Would absolutely return.
