Me and my girls went for the weekend. When we first pulled up, there was a dude doing meth in the parking lot. Seemed like a decent area at first. When I went to check in, the lady said ABSOLUTELY nothing to me. Asked for my ID handed it back, and a room key then walked off. Had no idea where to go. Go to enter through the side door, our key wouldn’t work. Lady still ignored me.Get up your room after searching for an elevator that worked. Again with the key not working, then the door would NOT open. Finally got it to open. Then it didn’t shut had to physically lift the door to shut it. The balcony door, that was open the WHOLE 3 days! Because it also wouldn’t shut! Requested extra towels, never recieved anything. They charged my card $100 extra and they don’t know why or what it’s for. I don’t recommend this hotel.

$100 Deposit
Be aware of the $100.00 deposit they take off your credit card immediately. But the return of that money will take 3-10 business days. Both the front desk clerk and the maintenance man were very unfriendly and condescending. The TV in our room was giving issue. The gentleman who came to fix it sarcastically said, "All you had to do was reset it." I will not stay here again. Any other motel or hotel I've stayed in will take a credit card for incidentals, but won't charge your card unless you took or destroyed something in their room. It is clean but furniture is old.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
The room was outdated with exposed plumbing, 200 layers of patching, paint and caulking. There was mold in the bathroom with no working ventilation and shredded curtains in the room. There is no restaurant available like advertised. The staff was not inviting what so ever and made us feel more like an inconvenience

Terrible communication and quality standards
Reserved a room with a king sized bed. Upon arrival I was informed all rooms with king sized beds had no hot water and was given a double room instead. The first double room I was given there were stains and trash on the beds and the door did not lock at all, slight pressure on the door would push it open. After informing the front desk I was given a second double room, the walls were very thin and there was a loud couple next room over. I wrote to the hotel itself on there preferred method of communication and have not heard back in the last two weeks.

Cockroach infestation
Rented hotel for 5-night stay. Checked in late afternoon. They gave our room to another family and ,down grade us from a double full size to a king. When we got to the room the door wouldn’t open, and it sound like someone was in the room. We had to go down stairs to let them know and she send the security to go check, it took forever and when he came back he said that someone had left the tv on but the door latch wasn’t working. We had no choice but to stay in that room because the whole hotel was booked. The carpet was dirty the matress was stained with blood, we had to sleep on top of all the blankets. When we we're getting ready for bed we start seeing roaches! They were crawling on walls, desk, in bathroom; pretty much everywhere.We went to the office but they didn’t do anything about. The next morning we were going to shower but they tub was clogged, it took them 30 minutes and 6 phone calls to get them to come to the room. At that point we were exhausted and it was too late to book another hotel. We stayed the whole week and had to deal with cockroaches every single day.
