One of the Worst stays in my life
One of my worst experiences with any hotel. The hotel is located on the highway. It is very noisy. I could not sleep do truck and car sounds. Waad Alula did not even try to install windows that reduce noises. الفندق سيء جداً ازعج السيارات و الشاحنات. لم استطع النوم

Helpful staff
Like the following features of the hotel: 1. Good service. The gentleman and lady at the reception were super helpful. They attended to every of my request. 2. Quite spacious room with toiletries. 3. Free coffee service in the lobby - a delight especially in the morning. 4. Not too far from Al Ula town centre. Of course it cannot be compared to sumptuous six-star hotel (although the price may be in view of the lack of hotel room supply in Al Ula), the experience of the stay was excellent.
