Best Hotel in Miami

From check-in to check-out I constantly felt at ease. From the friendly front desk staff attendant Fernando who answered all my questions and made my stay a breeze, to the pool bartender Landon who offered amazing service. Beautiful clean hotel in a great area. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The amenities were also great. Our only complaint was that housekeeping did not clean our room for two days and we didn’t have the do not disturb sign on the door. We had to call the front desk for new towels.

Great location!! Beautiful hotel! Room is spacious! Easy check in and out. Friendly staff .Valet parking convinient($55/day+ tax+tip). Complimentary breakfast nice sit down service, food choice is limited but some are good tasted. But basic room service needs to catch up with others. We stayed 6 nights with kid.

From the time we walked in we were treated kindly. Fernando checked us in early because we arrived early. He was very polite and helpful. He helped us up to our rooms with the luggage. Mayfair’s property is beautiful and gives me tropical vibes. Very luxurious and elegant. The rooftop bar has very great views of the ocean and the staffvtgere was pleasant as well. I would visit this place again.

Good Hotel, good location but a few niggles!

Bed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly once slight problem at check in was resolved (Hotel said that the room we had booked was not available and blamed Hotels.com for offering the room when none were available - we pointed out the the Hotel had been emailing us for a month and never mentioned any problem - eventually resolved and not sure but think we were upgraded). Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a Hotel if this grade far better alternatives close by! Room was comfortable but very dark decoration, which was a little depressing. Nice gym and swimming pool. Great location close to loads of restaurants and a few nice shops.
