"There are so many things we loved about this hotel. "The staff at Hotel Pula are incredible. They answered any questions we had and took care of anything we needed right away. That was the highlight of the hotel. I read reviews that the hotel was in need of a remodel, but hoped that it had been completed, since the reviews were 2-3 years old. There were no upgrades, no remodel, nothing. "The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "
