"The hotel looks really nice from the outside and the entrance and foyer convey a lovely ambiance. Checking in was a very relaxed affair. They made us feel very welcomed as we came in from the heat, by seating us on some comfortable chairs and serving a refreshing drink whilst completing all the formalities. "Proximity to the sea -shore was appealing. The food was well cooked. There is need to change the bed it is very uncomfortable and the linen is of poor quality. The furniture is also of poor quality. Need to provide water and body lotion even at a cost. Mosquitos were a nuisance, they can be controlled by spraying. It does not make sense to run a hotel without wifi facilities for guests. Most guests are business people who want to do business while at the hotel. This was a huge let down because...

"Villas Mon Plaisir is a little gem in a run down area. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was very well prepared and tasty. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. "After reading all the reviews about the hotel, I decided to book it for ten days in August. Prior to arrival, I had good communication from the hotel, which is always good news. Check-in wasn't a disappointment either. Any issues were resolved in moments. Staff are unbelievable helpful from the security guards down to the chefs and waiting staff ( including the reception guys!)
