"This hotel was farther away from the beach than I thought by the map photos. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or a P100 Tuk-tuk ride each way. There was not really a restaurant. It was a kitchen that cooked a nice set

The common area can be at 31deg during the daytime, wall fans are available though but working with a laptop computer could be very uncomfortable. Shower and Toilet rooms need a lot of improvements. Rats can be seen running around. "

"This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive....
