"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. "I am widely travelled individual with a good exposure to hotels ranging from very upmarket to the basic ones . The hospitality industry is all about good service , I reckon I haven’t come across such a rude and pathetic and lazy staff who have frustrated expression that also filters down through gritty teeth and verbal spat.
