"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... "The property is quite large and the general atmosphere pleasant. It has several facilties including a pool. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the room, which is the most important thing was very disappointing due to a very strong moldy smell. I confirmed that there was mold on the sofa chairs. It isn’t as much a “hotel” as a “nature lodge” - the two story units are near small ponds, farm animals, and hiking paths as neighbors rather than a Hilton-style single high rise.
