"It's 9/22 and my family and friends just checked out. I have to say we loved our stay. While the rooms are dated they were also clean and the perfect size.
My mom locked herself out of the Casita via the back patio door, at night in her jammies and they gave her a room to sleep in until maintenance could open her door. The Assistant GM Maria was so helpful to facilitate this at 9 pm. We are so grateful!
My friends,family and I had a great time in the pool, while being entertained by a few women singing after hanging out and drinking. The fireplace in the courtyard was cozy and not hot! We were offer s'mores to roast and cookies to eat. Breakfast was above average and the unlimited Mimosas kept my people happy as did the 2 for 1 Happy Hour work chips and salsa.
In closing, it was a great experience that I would do all over again, minus mom locking herself out. We will remember this forever! Thank you! "
"I honestly cannot begin to describe how blown away we were by our first stay at the Omni Tucson! At check-in, Daniel, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Jake personally escorted us to our room and was available all evening if we needed anything. Hands down, the Hacienda was best room we’ve stayed in over the last 15 years of traveling. The space was enormous, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Dinner at Bob’s was an experience in itself. The same warm hospitality we felt at check-in carried through the entire evening. The hostess, server, and manager (Vila) all wished us a happy anniversary. Vila even took photos of us out on the veranda. The food was Phenomenal! The grounds were beyond beautiful and the amenities were right on point!
Without a doubt- this is THE only place we’ll stay when visiting Tucson!"
