"We absolutely loved our stay at the mittersill castle hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink in the Schlosshof. We were shown to our room, which was beautiful. "This hotel is located directly on Kaprun centre and you can reach the slopes within 350 meters from hotel. This is the biggest advantage of your winter holiday. The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area. They have also big size swimming pool with jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner is slightly above average. But for us was the service of all members of staff that were are very friendly and helpful. "

"Great hotel complex with plenty of facilities. Nice location, good size room. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for this bizarre incident on second night. I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. "Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from."
