"Cleanliness, staff was professional, responsive to our requests, kind and friendly. Loved the simple clean design of our room, the spacious balcony and the marina view."
"All units are owned by condo owners and rented for the length of your stay. All exterior and interior amenities are updated, prestine and well maintained. Rooms are clean and housekeeping provides daily room refreshes. The grounds are well-kept and tropical vegetation is abundant and manicured. I can't say enough positive things about the long-term staff and the exceptional service they ALL provide! RWI Resort is not your typical palatial hi-rise hotel, but more like a high-end boutique 3 story resort with lots of character and charm. Kitchen amenities are more than adequate for preparing meals and quick lunches. Grocery store, downtown and resraurants are all a brief bike ride or walk (concrete sidewalks make the journey nice). The bar/ restaurant is friendly offering great half-price drinks during happy hour from 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM daily, and some menu specials. The beach and water are unbelievably awesome!!!! Beach loungers, umbrellas and towels are available for guests. This is a very clean and safe Caribbean island location to visit!!!! I NEVER felt unsafe on TCI. Without reservation I would highly recommend RWI Resort directly on Grace Bay Beach!"
"Our overall stay could not have been better. We were provided a complementary upgrade. The facility was spotless and the condition of the place was immaculate. While a bit far from rest of the hotels, this is the perfect place to relax. Staff was super curteous and friendly. Food was amazing."
"The room was a good size with a kitchenette including microwave, a fridge, and dishes. I liked the tile floor and complementary water and coffee every day. The staff was very polite and helpful all around the hotel and on the beach."
"We loved the Seascape! We stayed in a suite and the room was great! Clean and modern. The only thing i would recommend is that they refill the coffee pods & extra toilet paper if needed daily. If we asked they gave it but would be better to not have to ask. The pool was great and we liked the music. Shawntae and Daniel were so friendly and really stood out but all staff were nice. Daniel went out of his way and cut us a coconut off the tree and we had fresh coconut water. Even though it has nothing to do with Seascape, we loved the Potcakes out front and back of the area. They are friendly pups! We would stay here again. "
