Disappointed
The west bay club location is stunning. The service on the beach did not exist we did everything ourselves ie. Towels umbrella. My husband saved your sailing staff member from drowning as he was going out to rescue a guest had fallen off the wind boat. Your staff who are supposed to watch over the safety of the guest can not swim!! They should not be by the beach. It was disappointing but thankfully we were there to save a young man from drowning. The location was beautiful, staffing is obviously an issue!!
