"A perfect stay from beginning to end. The entire staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers were all professional, helpful and ready to meet any need that arose. "A lovely hotel. Within reasonable walking to city centre. Rooms were lovely.
Only minor issue when arriving at the Spa for a swim we were advised it wasn’t included in the package we bought on Expedia ( no mention of additional cost on the listing ). We did get in after pressing the spa reception but only once. "

And the staff are incredibly insightful Fun and move with a little twinkle in their eye that makes you feel like you are staying in the best kept secret. It was an experience I will never forget. "
