I cannot advise strongly enough to stay away from this hotel. We made a reservation for 6 people, only after we couldn't cancel did they tell us there are no roll away beds or connecting rooms. So the 6 of us shared 4 twin size beds! One of our two rooms had no air conditioning. We complained multiple times, they did not fix it. The condition of the rooms and bathrooms is completely run down. The rooms and bathrooms are dark and gloomy. The TVs are completely outdated. We could not wait to get out of there.

Amazing location. The breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, especially Carlotta and Andrada at reception who were always welcoming. Only slight negative are some of the fixtures in the room were a bit dated and in need of refurb.

Excelent location and no more
first, pre asking for quayet side of the hotel, received the oposite, they changed rooms as per our demand. Room dusty, not clean at all, bed confortable and large. Sheets not changed for 5 nights. Tv channels very poor. Food reasonable, vegetables not fresh, when one kind of bread ends no replacement, meaning if you came late less possibilities. Orange juice not 100 pct. orange, the stuff cleans the table to the floor, at 9am the dining room was durty. The dishes were durty too. The reception stuff were helpful cooperative. Location excelent, Stuff international, not speaking local language.
