"The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future.

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Our Halong Bay tour was cancelled due to typhoon and they were able to fit us in for an extra night and linked us to great day tour to Ninh Binh. Great having a pool for kids to cool off in. Breakfast buffet excellent. "
