"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. "Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. "We were passing through the region by train and made a stopover in Bruck and had booked the hotel in advance. We were very pleasantly surprised over the great service and friendliness we were met with. The view was great from the spacious room no 53 which was on the top floor with panoramic view.
