"We did take the shuttle only when we left Hong Kong, as we arrived late in the night. The hotel is amazing, small rooms but very clean, good beds and nice, clean towells. "
"Breakfast selection was amazing. Loved the roaming characters in the morning. Rooms were very efficiently cleaned. Beds were slightly too firm for my liking. "
"Hotel set in a great location. Mall next door but not a high street mall, has all the essentials and some great food options. Attached to that is the train station and bus terminus.
Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Pillows are not great but the bed is comfy.

But if you're in a hurry to get places, this may not be the hotel for you. There simply aren't enough elevators servicing the place. And due to the multiple elevator changes and elevator restrictions by floor, sometimes it takes days to get up or down."
