"We had a wonderful stay here! We were pleasantly upgraded to a room with a view of a charming little street in Bruges, which was such a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was pretty and well kept. All felt very clean. The location was ideal. It was very central for walking around the city, with great restaurants and main sights all within easy reach. We arrived and left through the train station, which is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel or an easy bus ride. Despite being so central, the street itself was quiet, so we slept very well. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Bruges. Thank you!"
"We loved staying in this hotel located in the middle of everything and very close to the main square. We kept visiting the lively square twice a day as it was literally within less than five minutes walking. The room was spacious and clean. The ambiance of the multi story main hotel building and lobby is very regal and artistic. Our room was in backyard area. They have those rooms spread out in the backyard of the main building. The hotel has a blissful upbeat energy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The neighbors is lively and safe. Quiet at night time. The room was spacious and clean with a garden view. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully renovated: we had to be careful on the slippery tiles. The bathtub is nice but it felt non ergonomic. It was a wonderful experience overall and felt like home away from home. We would love to stay there again."
"Everything at the grand hotel was perfect for our group. Convenient to downtown center, restaurant and attractions. The hotel is very well equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide assortment. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Wonderful property. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side (two adults with two large suitcases were a bit cramped) but as an older/historic property it was expected. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a couple of blocks from town center and very walkable."
"Lovely hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Very convenient situation. Lots of restaurants near by, but don’t bother with the Italian one next door.
Good breakfast but wish they did not use long life milk in the coffee "
