Chambre très bien - site prestataire absent
Très bon séjour à la Pergola du Sourire. De bons conseils, et ravi de voir les propriétaires tous les jours afin de discuter. Par contre très mécontente du site HOTEL.COM. Suite à un problème dans la réservation, nous avons géré avec la propriétaire, car le site absent. 40 minutes au téléphone, on devait revenir vers moi, mais jamais aucun retour. le site n'a pas répondu aux 2 mails de réclamation. Donc facile d'encaissé l'argent, mais ensuite personne. Merci à la propriétaire d'être resté en contact avec moi, et le séjour a été parfait.
