I am not sure if the air conditioning was working. Fan was turning but it never seemed to get very cool. Location was super and people were very nice. Everything else about it was great

Very basic rooms.the smell in the bathroom was horrible,like sewage,the walls were very thin,the noise from other guests was very loud.& building work across the square was very loud,no alarm clock needed here.the staff in the restaurant area were so rude,it was clear they did not like their jobs.i would not stay here again.

On line check in a disaster and many guests hah difficulty and gave up. There should be a person present to allow people of all ages to check in outside the two hours from 2pm to 4 pm. The on-line app was over complicated and not fit for purpose. It will. stop people from booking the hostel again

Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help!
