This is by far the best hotel in Odense and for sure the best personal. Amazing breakfast and nice bar. This is a place where you feel welcome coming back.

Superior rooms very very average, plain, quite disappointing. pillow was not acceptable, terrible lumpy and cheap. parking complicated and surprised we had to pay. breakfast pretty ok, and over all clean everywhere. staff helpful, and nice

8/10 Very good

The room was lovely. Small, but enough for me and my suitcase. The lighting was tricky to navigate the first night, as the switch for the main light was on the far side of the bed. Daily cleaning a bit inconsistent. 2nd day tea bags not refreshed or mug washed from day before. However, Great location, lovely bedding, wonderful staff and great breakfast, so all in all a good stay. I would recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

The room is clean and nice, a little bit smaller than expected, but that’s probably because I travel from the United States. The breakfast was amazing. One thing I realized is that it could be a bit noisy as people on the street stay late. Overall, it’s a great hotel especially for single travelers.

8/10 Very good

Stayed at the hotel during the festival. We were allowed to check in early at no extra charge and the hotel had made special arrangements for festival guests. Information was displayed at reception, and there were free takeaway drinks available. Great location near central station, restaurants and shops. The room was a decent size, but cleanliness was slightly lacking (hair found in several places). The breakfast was good with a wide selection.

Great Hotel and lovely service. Best in Odense. Only thing missing is a proper Gym. The external one that you can use is in quite bad shape and feels old.

Not something wrong with some stains on the drapes and some issues with the bathroom being cleaned. Stuff was amazing and helpful. Parking is horrendous, haven managed to get a ticket because I was not power within the lines. insane
