The front door was closed on arrival, their was no notice to say call a certain number so reception could be alerted, i have never been to a hotel where the door is shut and no one is sat at reception, me and my young son waited for 30mins, after which I contacted expedia via virtual agent, they then called me as they could not get in touch with the hotel manager. Expedia were ready to reallocate me, but the manager appeared and rudely told me i should have called the reception number which was written in German. The manager also took my money on check out, before i was present. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.
