全体的に清潔感があり、気持ちよく宿泊が出来た。 立地は、ディズニーランドまでタクシーで50元くらいの近い距離。繁華街までは遠いが、地下鉄が目の前にあるので、便利だし安い。 日本語は難しいけど、英語と翻訳アプリで問題なし。 部屋は、メゾネットタイプでしたが、洗面台3個、シャワールーム2 バスタブ2 ベッド3 で最高でした。

中国的な建物や庭、敷地内の設備は申し分のない素晴らしさです。朝食も美味しかったしベッドの寝心地も最高です。 ただ、お風呂場のテレビにトラブルが起きました。リモコンが防水でないため、水に濡れて誤動作を起こして大音量のまま停止できない状態になりました。リモコン内部を拭いて、乾かすことで対処しましたが、防水か壁に埋め込むかしたほうが良いです。お風呂場の鍵も壊れてて閉まりませんでした。細かいですが一流ホテルならばチェックして欲しい点だと感じました。

Close to the train station. It is quite convenient to travel to the Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Disney from the hotel. The room is huge with lots of packing space. Spacious enough for families.

호텔 시설은 여태 묵었던 곳 중 제일 좋았지만 서비스는 역대 최악
호텔 시설은 정말 예쁘고 정원도 정말 예쁩니다 다만 서비스는 절대 기대하지 마세요 스파 서비스가 새벽2시까지 한다길래 12시에 갔더니 직원이 자느라 고객이 온줄도 모르고 자다 일어나서 그런지 굉장히 불친절했습니다 한국에서 마사지 받았을 때 너무 좋았는데 호텔 마사지는 좀 더 비싸길래 더 좋겠거니 생각했는데 공짜로 받았어도 기분나빴을 서비스를 내 돈주고 받으니까 기분이 더 나쁘네요 방에 데려다주기만 하고 나가버리길래 멀뚱멀뚱 기다리고 마사지도 시원하게 아픈게 아니라 힘으로만 마사지해서 꼬집는줄 알았습니다 동생은 간지럽기만 하고 하나도 안시원했다고 했구요 마사지 끝나고도 지 혼자 휙 나가버려서 뭔가 했습니다 디즈니랜드 픽업 신청을 했는데 분명 9시 반에 주차장에서 출발하니 9시쯤 디즈니랜드에서 출발하면 된다더니 9시 되기 전부터 전화해서 나오라고 닦달을 하는 바람에 불꽃놀이도 다 못보고 나왔습니다 체크아웃할 때도 이전 호텔은 서비스는 괜찮았냐, 차지는 얼마다, 혹시 택시가 필요하면 불러주겠다는 식으로 굉장히 친절했는데 이 호텔은 가격만 띡 불러주고 끝났는데요? 이런 식이네요 이전 호텔 서비스가 좋았어서 더 비교되는 것도 있는 것 같아요 결론은 호텔 시설은 최고지만 서비스는 절대 기대하면 안되는 호텔이구요 조식 포함이었는데 식당이 어딘지도 안알려줘서 먹지도 못했네요(아침에 바빠서 조식 먹을 시간이 없긴했지만 그래도 식당 위치와 이용 시간은 미리 알려줘야하는거 아닐까요ㅡㅡ) 중국어 못하면 직원이랑 의사소통이 거의 불가능하니 중국어 잘하는 분만 숙박하세요 호텔 주위에 아무것도 없는것도 불편했습니다

とても豪華な建物と設備、飲み物もフリードリンクで朝ごはんも充実していました！ 立地も地下鉄2号線の駅のすぐ近く(道路挟んだ向かい側)で、思ったよりも便利でした。 ただ、フロントスタッフは、対応等は問題なくしてくれましたが、少し冷たい感じはあり、朝ごはんの会場等やシステムも聞かないと教えてくれないなど親切とは言えないかな…。 中国語が出来ないと、ちょっと泊まるのは難しいホテルかもしれません。 建物は古代のお城のようで、他にはない美しさなので、1度は泊まりたいホテルでしたから、大満足です。

想像した以上の施設でした。この施設をつくったオーナーはどんな方なんだろうと思ってしまうほどの施設です。駅からの至近で（ただし敷地が広大でフロントまでは歩きますが...）とても便利。新しい建物ですが全て中国の歴史的建築様式を取り入れ、庭もとても綺麗にメンテナンスされており感激しました。集合的な街中のメガホテルではなく中型のビラが何棟か建っているいる感じでとても静かで心地がいい。ここで暮らしたい気分になりました。今度は両親を連れて家族で来たいと思います。きっと感動します。
