Really great property and got a great price from Expedia. Beautiful rooms - great gym and restaurants... The service was great - the Bell Staff were helpful and saved us from getting ripped off by the Shanghai Cab Drivers - when you get dropped off at the Hotel, run the fare by the Bell Person and they will get the right price from the Driver if they are trying to rip you off - EVERY cab driver in Shanghai tried to rip us off - make sure they drive you right to the entrance (tell them you have to use the ATM) as they try to drop you off on the street to be able to get away with it...
