They have a full functioning bathroom. The service in the restaurant is decent for the most part.
To be honest we actually did not like it here. One day the skipped out room with the “daily housekeeping” because “we didn’t give our key back for housekeeping to enter”. That’s laughable to imply there’s only one key. The first night the TV wasn’t working so we called to have someone fix it. Called again since no one came. Each time they said someone would come but no one ever came so we dealt with in the morning. Sheets and towels don’t smell like they’ve been washed with soap. One night the shower was clogged and the water spilled into the main room. We had to keep calling for someone to clean it. The guy seemed very reluctant since he wasn’t maintenance but he cleaned it any way leaving the bathroom floor still wet. We had to move the bed since the water had travelled under it and it was not clean under the bed. There were bird feathers and grime. The guy decided to change the sheets for us which was nice sine it had not been done at all.
We ordered food and 2 teas and the guy brought the bill before the food was served which was fine. I asked for a little milk to be added but he didn’t understand and offered a caramel macchiato. I said okay bit he charged us for the extra tea saying he couldn’t remove it and we had to pay for it. Lastly, they called at at 5:45 am saying wake up and hung up. We were sleeping and it was an unnecessary disruption. Wouldnt recommend.
