We booked for a child friendly hotel, The staff, especially Sarah was great, unfortunately the check inn was slow, due to that the staff has to do to many jobs at the same time. The pool is only ok for children that can swim. I would say to go with children over 8 years old.
Clean small rooms with all the luxury needed, the clauset can fall if a small child pulls it. So be careful.
Breakfast is good, the restaurant is ok but our food was not hot enough and gave a feeling of reheated, but good of taste.
I thought to stay in an old, charming hotel, but stayed in a modern building. It felt sterile, especially the terraces of the rooms. I feel there needs to be made a choice to be a top hostel with sports facilities or a family hotel. In both cases please put an arrow for where reception is and handle check in and check out much faster.
Good luck in the future.
