Pleasant guest house in an excellent location
I spent four nights at the Lake Breeze during which time I was able to visit Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, the cave temples in Dambulla and also a safai in the Minneriya National Park. Althought it's relatively easy to organise these visits independantly I decided to use transport provided by Lake Breeze. A little more expensive than sorting it all yourself but as I wasn't on a particularly tight budget I was happy with the arrangements.

For the price the stay was ok. Rooms are small and nothing special and the surroundings has nothing special but it is a good start for many trips. Owner can provide food and transport to trips, which is convenient but may be overpriced, especially alcohol. Wifi was working properly.
