The STAFF, specially in the front desk are all 10/10 and also the Security. The room is clean and the amenities are useful, the only concern we had was the housekeeping attitude. She looks agitated, even saying goodmorning are so hard, she barely clean our room including our CR. Details of the housekeeper: Cleaned RM 1607 in Thursday (July 29, 2026) Girl in her 30’s or 40’s.
