We stayed two nights in a King bed room in the south tower. The room only had one chair with small table, tv was set on the dresser facing the bed. There was a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The coffee offered in the room was awful, definitely expected better than what was being offered. The bath/shower area did not have a functioning fan. The pool / hot tub area was kept clean, however only provided an excessive amount of very small towels for drying off and limited larger towels. No bathrobes were provided to and changing rooms not available. There was food strewn in the elevators that took over 35 hours to be cleaned up and the cleaning was not done well. The one positive we can state was that the bed was comfortable, had a great sleeps. Won’t be returning to this location, definitely expected better.

Noisy in the hallways on the weekends but not the hotels fault it was their customers. I think I’ll stick to weekdays for my cross boarder shopping trips. Better sleep.

This was I believe our third stay at Silver Reef and once again we enjoyed it thoroughly! Great room, good staff, nicely set up hotel, casino and restaurants, and loads of parking if you're driving there, as well as good size parking spots if you like your car lol! Loads of variety with the slots, and a good choice of bars etc! Only downside this trip was our late dinner in the cafe when the coffee was cold and only one of our meals showed up until we finally flagged someone for the forgotten second dish. Not a biggie though, the other two meals there were great!

Came to stay, but wish I hadn’t.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. I did see a roach in the bathroom upon arrival. No housekeeping is provided. Very disappointing for the cost. When I travel I would expect my bed to be made sometime in 4 days. Shower head leaked. No hot water at 3:30 am when I needed a hot bath. Also food in casino was much like tv dinner quality.

Marathon stay
The check in staff was curteous and efficient. We didn’t do much on the casino side but the restaurant we went to was decent, they sat us quickly and the food was decent. The hot tub was perfect. We stayed here for the weekend so I could run the Bellingham marathon and it was the perfect location.
