Great lodging and location!
We had a great experience at the Mountain Lake Lodge. The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable and nice. One thing it did not have was a kitchenette (which the description said it did). It had a microwave and small fridge. There were lots of restaurants close by though.

We enjoyed our stay. The lodge is in a lovely spot, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We had our two dogs with us and planned on preparing meals. I mistakenly thought there was more of a kitchen. We ended up making a run to Walmart and picked up some plastic plates and a portable barbecue, which worked out perfectly!

Love it!
This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. All our staff interactions were great. We enjoyed having cornhole to play outside as well as the game room inside. We appreciated the continental breakfast, especially the chocolate chip banana bread! All that being said, the rooms are in definite need of some upgrades. However, we would stay there again.
