So the room was clean and the check in staff was helpful and gave tips to area eating places. That said, the Tv cable and remote didn't work. The front staff diagnosed that someone had disconnected the cable. He reconnected it and gave us a new remote that worked. Then when we got back from dinner, we noticed that the door did not latch when we left. Nothing was stolen but we had to slam it to engage lock. There was no trashcan in the room so we had to leave the trash on a tray. The area seems to be mostly a summer tourist town. The hotel sat next to a pond that would probably be nice to look at in the summer.

The location was excellent for walking into town. Right in the water and if you are visiting with a boat it would be perfect with a ramp right next door and docks.
