Wonderfully friendly staff - they looked after us so well! The food was excellent, facilities were great and the room was very big! A special thanks to our driver, Bora, who was amazing and took us around Angkor Wat and other key sites - for a very reasonable price and always with a smile!

The staff was very warm friendly n welcoming but there was a power cut the whole day which was previously announced and the hotel put on the generator for only two hours. After having paid we felt cheated. It was extremely hot n humid

Comfortable stay.
Very good staff. Big room and very big bathroom. No mirror in the bathroom was bit of an issue while shaving but I managed. Tuktuk guy was great but his tuktuk was very bad. Clean room. Overall my stay was extremely comfortable.

Resort is close to Angkor Wat (5mins away) and other Angkor temples in the area. Located in a quiet area, secluded. At night, the resort's entrance is securely closed. No worries about uninvited guests. Wake up in the morning to a green garden, beckoning pool and birds chirping so close to our room. Love the resort set-up, feels so much like home. Simple. Quiet. No frills. Can always count on Mr Sokhom to reply to emails! Friendly owner and staff!

Amazing hotel but bad review to Hotels.com
Excellent hotel, room and stuff. They picked me up in the airport. My only negative review is for hotels.com because they mentioned free breakfast on my reservation but they give the papers as Room only to the hotel. The miscommunication is hotels.com fault.

Beautiful hotel, excellent and attentive service and delicious breakfast. Appreciated that it was a little outside of the city but still close to that and the temples. Our tuk tuk driver was superb.

Wonderful property, the suites are very comfortable and accommodating with both shower and a deep soaking tub. The location is very convenient and great for accessing town or the temples. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The on location restaurant is lovely and accepts USD cash or card (be mindful about using cash, however, as USD currency isn't kept as commonly and change may not be readily available).

Quaint small hotel. Unique and lots of character. Close to the temple area. The pool is very nice and it was great after returning from the temples. Breakfast was very good. Bathrooms and rooms are beautiful. Excellent value for your money. The staff is beyond helpful. We hired their private taxi and Tuk Tuk services, prices are what you find outside the hotel. Very convenient. We were on a six week vacation throughout several cities and countries and by far this was the highlight for us.

OK if you just want to visit the temples
My room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. The pool area also looked nice and clean but I did't go for a swim. The service was OK, the manager was helpful but didn't seem to enthusiastic about it. It also took them a long time to confirm my airport pickup. I rented a bike from them to visit the temples which worked out fine but you need to arrange in advance as the bikes are not on site. One issue was that there was no minibar as advertised, but you can purchase affordable drinks and food from the restaurant area which is right next to the guest rooms. The free breakfast was tasty but took ~15 minutes for them to cook, something to consider if you're in a hurry. The hotel is just a few kilometer from Angkor Wat but there is nothing in the surrounding area, just a few stores selling what you can probably purchase at the hotel restaurant anyway. Overall I was happy with my stay but wouldn't go out of my way to recommend to others or go back, 3/5 stars.

More like a upscale hostel than a hotel
This place should essentially be considered a upscale hostel instead of a hotel. It is in a very remote area. There is NOTHING around it. It is only close to Angkor Wat, and that is it. You have to rent a tuk tuk for any destination, and tuk tuk’s may be difficult to find. There are none standing by the door, unlike other hotels that there are multiple tuk tuks waiting for the guests. There is no hot water. We tried many different times of the day, and had no luck. The room was not properly cleaned and the previous guest’s shaved beard was all over the bathroom sink. The toilet bowl was also not cleaned and had steins!!! There was hair inside the fridge. The manager was no where to be found aside from the one time that he forced us to change rooms the day after we arrived because they had overbooked. The front desk staff speaks very little English, but tries to be helpful nevertheless. Breakfast is good, the pool is nice, but those are the only two pluses imho. Everything else needs major improvements.

Wonderful Location & Friendly Staff
I coordinated a pickup through the hotel during booking which I highly recommend. The driver met me outside the airport and was holding a printed sign with my name. He was very helpful throughout my trip, and carried my luggage into the room on arrival. Definitely A+ service! The pool was very nice, and the grounds are very quiet. There were only a few other people visiting during my stay, perfect for a city escape. I highly recommend the onsite restaurant, everything is cooked fresh! Prices are very reasonable and in USD, but you can also pay by card. I posted a few photos of my meals below, also I highly recommend the fruit plate, perfect for the warm Cambodia weather! Some general tips: Make sure to stock up on small U.S. bills before your arrival, exact change is best if you are paying in cash. Also bring extra cash for return transportation from the hotel, unless you have other arrangements. Cash is king for souvenirs / gifts, and the ticket to visit the temples. You can negotiate prices for most souvenirs / gifts, so make sure to visit a few shops before you make a purchase. Some places, like the hotel accept card, but it is a hit or miss. I loved my stay here and cannot wait to visit again! The owner was very professional, the driver a true gentleman, and the young woman who worked at the cash register was very pleasant. It is a great place to stay for a more authentic Cambodian experience, and the hotel staff are wonderful!

Great boutique hotel! Hidden gem!
Very charming boutique hotel with friendly staff and owner. The pictures are accurate. Rooms are very well designed and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing and well maintained. I wish I would have stayed for more than one night! The area is very quiet and close to the temples. The friendly tuk tuk driver that picked me up from the airport offered to provide me a daily service to visit the temples. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better trip. Breakfast is the morning was just what I needed, and they offered different options. Also, fast wifi and cable, if you're into that. I would absolutely choose this place again.

Best Resort to stay at when visiting Siem Reap.
Owner and staff greeted us with open arms. Very Beautiful site situated amongst the locals in a nice little neighborhood. Close to Angkor Wat Temples. A driver was provided to us for our 2 day stay and he went above and beyond in making sure we got to see and do everything we wanted. It was very hard to leave, I highly recommend this little slice of heaven.

The area in which the resort is situated is really quiet and peaceful, away from the bustling town. It was just what i was looking for! The bathroom was really huge and the shower was very comfortable. The room is spacious yet still cosy. The people at the resort were very friendly and hospitable. Overall a very comfortable and happy stay, would definitely recommend if you would like to have a quiet and peaceful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. If you want to be closer to town either you will need to pay for transportation or choose another location. Otherwise if you are happy in a quieter space with great pool choose here. Our tuk tuk driver Vipol was the best. He made out stay really fantastic. If you do the temples make sure to venture further afield. Angkor is 400 square km.

A gem in a true authentic cambodian neighborhood
It was great! You will have your own villa a large bathroom with very good water pressure and a stone tub. The resort has a pool which is vet very clean and very very new. The location was not near Pub Street but is very near the Angkor Wat temples. Arrange a pick up with them from the airport or from the bus station. The staff are gentle and nice. First class amenities for 1/5 of the price of a mainstream hotel of this standard. I would recommend this for those who are travelling as couples or with children. Instead of those crowded guest houses, choose this one because it is in a less touristy neighborhood and nights are quiet. You can spend half the day after visiting the temple taking a dip in the pool. It was very very clean and new and im the type of person who jusge hotels by the beds and sheets they use - all new all washed. First class design.
