No lift at level one !!!
THE LIFT IS AT LEVEL 2 , NEED TO CARRY HEAVY LUGGAGE UP STEEP AND NARROW + CROAWDED STAIRS , IT WAS THE BREAKING POINT FOR ME. Location is amazing , everything within reach , room is very humid , AC cannot be used to dehumidified the room else the fan coil make loud noise , can't sleep the whole night , thin walls, paid almost NT 3k for one night, therefore not worth, if during normal days it might be worth your stay. Blankets are just very thin sheets like bed sheets. So the room is either very cold and humid , or dry but super noisy because of fan coil, feedback to staff and was told their AC can't dehumidified the room, not supposed to do so , humidity cannot be helped. The buffet one level below is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, but many things can't be helped.

Careful which E-House you book
Tricky to find even for taxi driver. Stairs to access elevator on 2nd which takes you to 3rd where rooms are, Even though I booked a NON-SMOKING room, my room always smelled of smoke. Hotel must allow others to smoke in their rooms. My bed comforter had a cigarette burn hole. Towels very worn and torn. For free breakfast you must walk to the other location (5 mins) a much better E-House hotel! Breakfast cook is very friendly,

Don’t stay here if you have heavy luggage
We stayed for 4 days 3 nights, we were disappointed that there is no elevator from ground floor to first floor, it was difficult for us to take our heavy luggage go up and down the hotel. Besides, they didn’t clean properly during our stay with the hotel, we still see diets and hairs on the floor. Overall, the staff were nice and helpful.

Located in Ximendeng with plenty of shopping and food option near the hotel. Near Ximen Metro station makes getting around on the MRT a breeze. There are two breakfast options, highly recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast.

It’s dirty , noisy, sticky everywhere ...I did not even stay there, the shower and bathroom has no divided .. meaning when u shower , the whole toilet gets wet, I looked at the room for 2 mins and left straight away they keep on telling me no refund ... I said ok charge the first night and I will book somewhere else, it’s so disgusting .......staff not friendly at all ......

Great location, initial request for quiet not hono
Asked for quiet room and they gave me a room next to construction that woke me up early after getting to my room late at night from 32 hours of traveling. They changed me to quiet room the next day but why not honor my request in the first place. New room had only local TV as opposed to what they state on booking site. Good location and breakfast buffet but in a different building that is hard to find. WiFi is not consistent

Ok but not staying again
The hotel is close to the station so very practical and staff was very nice and they provide complimentary cup noodles, snacks and coffee/tea in the lobby. However, no lift from ground floor (only between 2nd and 3rd floor). The room we stayed in had a bit of a funky smell when the AC had been off during the day. We had breakfast included in our room rate, however, the hotel has two branches and the hotel breakfast was served in the other branch (or you could go next door for KFC breakfast with the breakfast voucher) which was a few mins walking distance away. Not very practical.

No lift
This hotel totally do not have any lift facilities on the ground floor with a very high stairs to the 2nd floor before you can get to access to the lift. With my heavy luggage, it took me such great efforts to get up. Tv & Cable tv is not exactly friendly at all

Location - minutes walk from Zimen station
Check in for this place is located on 2nd floor of building. To get there you have to hike from ground with luggage, no elevators till you get to that floor which also houses a restaurant. From 2nd floor take elevator to 3rd to check in. Hotel accommodations are only on 3rd & 4th. Staff nice enough, room was clean with basics, bed was comfortable to most 3-stars hotels. However breakfast is offered at another branch which is 5 minutes walk. Ended up not taking advantage of free breakfasts because of inconveniences. Area is quiet in mornings but comes to live late afternoon & into late evenings. Thin walls separating rooms, could hear other guests dragging luggage & banging along hallways late at nights.

Great Room at Budget Price
I enjoy my stay in this budget hotel as it is fairly new with nice decor. Though it has no windows but I don't feel the room is stuffy at all. Breakfast is via coupon at the KFC or the buffet restaurant nearby. I am surprise that the low room rates includes breakfast.

Great for short stay
This was a solo trip. The room was small but I got used to it after the first night. The amenities were basic in a good way. There was free coffee and water. Being a budget hotel, it's no surprise that it was located within a shopping building itself and hence there was a need to carry your own luggage up a short flight of stairs. The customer service is excellent - the staff were friendly, authentic in helping, and attentive to details. Unfortunately, the place of its buffet breakfast seemed very difficult to locate.

Cozy spot in the heart of Ximen
Had a great time. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. It's a great location within Ximen. Walking distance from Ximen Station Exit 6. I will stay here again when I'm planning to stay in Ximen again.

Bad experience
We were welcomed with a narrow flight of stairs when we arrive, level 2 is occupied by a BBQ restaurant which makes it harder to climb during when it's crowded. Traffic flow was totally chaotic. We were told that we could have gotten help from them with our luggages which we told them first day is fine, would definitely require help on our last day. Sound proofing of the room was extremely bad. We could totally hear the entire conversation between staff and guest coming in and out of the room. Kept us awake throughout our stay. Particularly in one of the nights where the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason and went on for 2-3hours, waking the entire world up. The room was extremely smelly despite having it feedback to their staff and cleaner and was even told off by the cleaner with her defensive attitude that she did her job. They could not do anything to it and did not allow us to change our rooms even though one of their staff promised to change it for us if it doesn't gets better. Their common excuse was the place is fully booked when we did see empty rooms around. We had to get our own freshener to place it around the room. Good thing freshener weren't expensive in Taiwan. On our check out day, the place was only the run by one petite lady. They were understaffed, told us no one else could help with our luggages except her because their supervisor is not here yet, expecting us to wait for their manpower to arrive when our ride to airport has arrived.

Great location, compact comfortable rooms
Great place in the bustling center of Ximen. Rooms are very small but well furnished, staff is very friendly and helpful. It can has a bit thin walls though, if you're a light sleeper or you're planning on making a lot of noise, best to find another place.
