Vi har vært her flere ganger. Hvis man har ordentlig flaks, så får man en leilighet med sol på balkongen. De aller fleste har aldri en solstrål noe sted. Man kan ikke bestille på solsiden. Betjeningen snakker svært dårlig engelsk (bortsett fra en eldre, hyggelig mann). Wifi er elendig. Leilighetene har svært lite kjøkkenutstyr, så det er ikke lett å lage annet enn frokost. Rent bassengområde med en bar. Ikke forvent de beste cocktailene, forvent heller ikke samtale på engelsk med bartenderen. Men du får kjøpt iskrem. Beliggenheten er flott, med dagligvarebutikk og flere restauranter like ved. Vi har testet både tysk, italiensk og indisk . Alle er gode. Den kinesiske er ok. Ligg unna den ene italienske som heter Night and day. Gratis parkering i gaten, det er alltid en plass å finne.

Love the location! And excellent easy checkin process and we were given an apartment in the block we had previously requested. Many of the sun loungers in the pool area have cracks running down them so could do with being replaced! Would be good to b3 able to get padded covers for the sun lingers too!

Le site est mensonger : nous avions réservé hotel avec PARKING. Or aucun parking et impossibilité de trouver un stationnement. Perdu plus de 2 heures à notre arrivée sur place autant dire 1/2 journée de foutue sur les vacances. La voiture de location est restée sur place pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour de peur de bouger. Déçue du service OUI SNCF qui est responsable de l'info sur le site : soit de ne l'avoir pas vérifiée, soit qui a relayé une fausse info.

Aldrig upplevt sådan kyla som vid denna vistelse på den normalt soldränkta och varma ö! Vi blev BESTULNA den första dagen!!! Någon ansåg sig ha bättre behov av vår medicin! Köksluckorna ramlade av, balkongen låg mot norr, oerhört lyhört, soffan var absolut stenhårt så det gällde att sätta sig försiktigt, besticken var knappt så det räckte åt oss två, strumporna blev smutsiga efter en timme (väldigt smutsiga golv), ingen wifi på rummet och sängarna var hårda. Finns säkert mera man kan klaga på men detta var faktiskt en av de värre upplevelser vi haft på Teneriffa. Som plus kan nämnas att personalen var väldigt service-minded och trevlig samt att den fanns hiss. Kan absolut inte rekommendera detta hotell, lägg på en slant och bo någon annanstans!

Good stay
It was great staying in arena suite. Staff are helpful especially Janette. She gaves us some great tips as to where to visit and eat. The room is clean and well equipped. The only few things which need improvement would be the curtains in the living room as it nearly transparent. Also, the local council is fixing the road atm from 8 am onwards which is a little annoying. However I presume this might be over within a week or so. Overall it is a good stay.
