Check in closing at 9pm is tough, was able to arrange late check in but it was tough. Couldn’t reach front desk on the phone because of automated system. Nicely modernized room. Hot water was very slow. Body wash in shower was very watered down. Other than above though solid place and feel.

Mt St Helen Climb
We were there to climb MSH. It is the perfect place to relax before and after the climb. The restaurant is very good and the staff are great. If you’re climbing MSH, this is the closest you can get without camping.

I had trouble with cell reception even with the wi-fi password. There was no hair dryer in the room and the front desk didn’t open until 11am so I don’t know if I could have borrowed one or not. These are somewhat minor things. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the dining area was great.

I liked the options of RV or cabins so close to Mt Saint Helens. Having a cafe onsite was a plus as well. The cabin could have used a bit of an air out, a bit musty smelling in the cupboards when closed up. But hey, was not looking for the Ritz and what we did have exceeded expectations! If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again.
