Great place in the heart of Alona
Fantastic place in the heart of Alona beach area. It isn’t located on the beachfront, but that doesn’t matter. It’s central, very nice common area and we had the deluxe room, which ment a separate almost private pool in front on the room. Great value for money, nice bar area, great wifi connection. We only stayed one night but wanted more but it was fully booked. During our trip to Bohol we stayed in 6 hotels and this was our favourite one. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Golden Palm. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The garden was full of beautiful trees and plants and we enjoying spending time there and around the pool. The room had everything we needed and comfortable. It was a quiet place and an easy walk to the beach within 5 mins. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Good location down a short road off the major areas. An ‘oasis of calm ‘ away from the normal livelinesses of a resort. A big shout out to Barry ‘the gardener’ for his vision in providing a great place to stay. A comment to be made, a brighter light in the shower/ wc area would be appreciated. This property is a wonderful oasis in the chaos that is Panglao. If I ever come back, this is where I will stay. Facilities are top notch, gardens are impeccable, room was beautiful. Hidden Gem near Alona Beach!
This hidden gem of a hotel is the perfect stay off the noisy beach, but on the water side, so just a 2 min walk to the beach. Beautiful, manicured grounds! And fabulous staff and owners! I will always return here!

The grounds and garden where the nicest we have seen in the Philippines. Pools and facilities are excellent and staff wonderful. You are not right on the beach but it is worth it for the peaceful gardens and pool areas; and only a 5-10 minute walk to Alona Beach. This is a good spot to be close to restaurants and to explore some tours from (the staff helped arrange an excellent guide and van for us). I would highly recommend this spot, great value for money.

Staff was amazing! Rooms are nice but bathroom needs more light for wife to do makeup. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is good, 3 out of 4 dinners were good, the ribs were overcooked. I would recommend this over and over again. Really can’t say enough about how attentive the staff is.

It was our first time booking on this hotel and I can say that it's all worth it and will be coming back in the future , the hotel, the area is tranquil and very relaxing, the staff are very nice and accomodating, it's very serene and the landscaping is remarkable. Even though the area outside is busy and citylike, the hotel is very quiet and safe. Walking distance also to the beach, the restaurants and the market, everything is in one place. I would recommend this place if ever you are in panglao.

The landscaping is very beautiful. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. It is quite and very relaxing. However, breakfast was not good because the food was cold. It is buffet but it was cold.
