Owners were friendly and helpful. He's a bit paranoid about parking but that's ok, but not being allowed to reverse to the motel door in wet conditions meant further to carry cases etc. Rooms were clean and 2 King beds very comfortable.

The pool was not open as the pump had broken. This had occurred before we booked our accomodation, and we booked this property because it had a pool. The kids were extremely disappointed.

Basic motel, convenient location, quiet and reasonably comfortable though far from luxurious. Staff however are very unwelcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience from the point when I made the booking. Need to tune in their customer service skills. And they precharged (and refunded) my credit card in advance from another location near Melbourne without notifying me. Got worried someone had stolen my details as I couldn't recognise the transaction.
