The manager was most accommodating with tips on the local area. The room was older style but comfortable and breakfast was excellent with amazing fresh croissants! We would stay again if returning to Busselton.

Had a very relaxing 4 night stay would have liked to stay a bit longer really. Will go back some time. Loved the warm hospitality of Mike, his good breakfast even though it was just 3 of us & Diesel the dog made everything even better! My boy loved playing with him. Room was clean and sufficient for use. Hope to visit again!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Single bed in room felt like you were sleeping on pipes. People were very noisy outside the room until 11pm and then you could hear everything the people in the room next door were talking about.

Wonderful Escape
We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights recently. It was our first B & B experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a charming building with many amenities suck as pool table, darts etc and the grounds are beautiful out back with an incredible outdoor patio to spa. Our host Mike was a willing advisor on where to go and what to do and all up a fantastic host. If we ever return to the west coast we will be sure to make a return visit to Busselton Guest House.

Busselton Guest House was an ideal base for exploring the Margaret River wine region. It had the feel of an older style country bed and breakfast and with its exceptional host, Beth, and the chance to meet interesting guests over a great breakfast, it was a great alternative to usual accommodation options.

Perfect stay
We only stayed one night but wished we had planned a longer stay. Mike made a great effort to make us feel comfortable and everything was provided for. The best was the included breakfast! If we are ever in the area again we will make sure to return and can only recommend staying at this lovely guesthouse.

Perfect location
Close to beach and shops. Lovely guest house with an excellent host - we were made to feel very welcome. Our room/bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. An outstanding Venue.
The position of the Busselton Guest house is easy walking distance to the beach , the City centre and is far enough away to be in a quiet area. We are looking at buying real estate in the Busselton area and the hosts went out of there way to spend time with us and explain in great detail information about the areas we were interested in, very unexpected and most welcome. We were made to feel as if we were at the home of a friend ,not a paying customer, and that was special.
