Food is HORRIBLE

The setting is gorgeous! A bit crowded but swimming beaches are fantastic! The full board food was awful. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner was awful, not authentic. Fish and pork were dry, pastas had no flavor. My husband and I left the hotel and ate at local restaurants near by even though the food was included at the hotel. The morning bar staff were rude when buying a cappuccino in the morning and the cappuccino was also luke warm. Music was loud all day till 1:00 a.m. in the morning. We could not sleep. We complained but nothing was done.

Séjour calle d'otranto

Le lieu est magnifique Petit dejeuner est très bien Les buffets des dîner sont très bien. La chambre est bien mais sent un peu l'humidité. Un gros point negatif est la musique à fond presque toute la journée et surtout jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Nous etions sur la zone Torre et avions les enceintes face à nous et la musique nous a beaucoup gênés pour dormir. Nous sommes allés à la piscine du ranch qui est calme et très belle Etonnant de faire payer un supplément pour l'utilisation de la piscine et des structures du club(pas indiqué lors de la réservation)

Die Unterkunft war ganz okay, Sauberkeit was nicht hervorragend und Service was eher auf das minimum orientiert. Essen und Strand was in Ordnung. Liegenstühle auf dem Sandstrand waren Kostenpflichtig. Getränke im Buffet nur an 2-3 Automaten im ganzen Restaurant zu haben, dadurch entstanden Schlangen um Wasser zu holen, welche bis zu 10 Minuten Wartezeiten beanspruchten.

Voglio prendere la residenza alle Cale! Top!

E' la seconda volta che torniamo alle Cale e già ci mancano tantissimo! Tutto lo staff è grandioso, dal mitico chef Claudio, al pasticciere, al simpatico bagnino Pino, la memoria storica delle Cale, i ragazzi dell'animazione che chiamarli animatori è quasi un'offesa visto che in realtà sono super professionisti,performer, ballerini etc, cito Luigi, Manuel ma sono tutti strepitosi! Il posto è un paradiso, mi raccomando mantenetelo sempre cosi'! L'unica critica che si può fare è sempre la stessa, le camere grazie all' architetto Gae Aulenti sono caratteristiche ma non sono il massimo del confort ma con tutto quello che avrete intorno ci passerete solo qualche ora la notte!

Seems more geared to domestic tourists....few people speak English. Extensive amount of walking. You get a ride in on a golf cart, and are to leave your luggage unattended for cart pick up...they leave it at the parking lot if you have a car. Be sure to get your car to checkout so you save a long walk up. Food is ok . Buffets are quite impersonal as you are expected to sit at tables for 8 unless you have a premier program. We dis enjoy the swimming areas. Overall a fairly good stay. Would recommend this place for activities coupled with a stay right in Otranto as there is a beach right in the town.

Mooiste strandje van Salento

Privé strand wat met recht een van de mooiste idyllische strandjes in Salento is. Eten is van hele hoge kwaliteit en ontzettend smaakvol. In geval van een Gluten allergie wordt alles apart voor je gemaakt (dit kost overigens wel €25 per dag extra). Heerlijke plek om je vakantie te vieren. Iedere avond entertainment in de vorm van live muziek gevolgd door musicals door professionele musical performers.

Buon resort in ottima posizione con vista mozzafiato. parte delle camere ( dalla 700 in poi )necessitano di ristrutturazine... Da rivedere la zona lettini che e’ troppo affollata e poco organizzata. Il posto è bellissimo, la struttura anche, tutto è organizzato al meglio e l'animazione è ottima. Il cibo eccezionale. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi, si scollega in continuazione e va lentissimo, sostanzialmente inutile.

Ottima struttura consigliata,

La struttura è datata però il posto è incantevole, probabilmente adesso sarebbe stato impossibile avere le autorizzazioni. In pratica ci sono due calette bellissime riservate alla struttura, l'unica cosa che sulla spiaggia delle due calette ci sono solo lettini senza ombrelloni, probabilmente perché non ci starebbero come spazio. Una delle due calette quella più piccola sembra laguna blu del film. Però tutt'intorno ci sono zone relax e zone con ombrelloni o vele che riparano dal sole. L'acqua è molto pulita e trasparente e soprattutto non ci sono meduse! La qualità del cibo è piuttosto buona ma il servizio ai tavoli piuttosto deludente, voglio sperare che dipenda dal fatto che erano i primi giorni di apertura, comunque le salette sono veramente piccole e spesso tocca aspettare, quasi impossibile riuscire a prenotare un tavolo. Il wi-fi invece era veramente farraginoso perché chiede di registrarsi e di scaricare un APP per cui ho evitato non me lo sentivo sicuro
