Luxurious and beautiful hotel!
I stayed here for three nights for my short break in Porto. It was an absolute pleasure to be out and about all day then return to this total luxurious hotel. The staff were all very courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished. I didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel, since everything was just steps away from the place. Very well located. I will definitely return when I am back in Porto the next time!

The property was elegant and well maintained with some areas clearly recently refurbished and tasteful decor. The local was excellent in terms of discovering Porto on foot but with plentiful options for buses on the square itself or metro a short walk away. Breakfast was really good - real espresso on demand etc. The staff were uniformly great: attentive, knowledgeable, ready to go the extra mile. Their English was really good. We will definitely stay here again if (when?) we return to Porto.
